From the next support level of 1284, the price in a pulse rise reached the level of 1300 on an hour timeframe, but growth stopped further and apparently corrective pullback to the south resumed, which is indicated by the downward direction of the RVI oscillator lines. The MACD histogram in the positive zone and strive upwards. So, after the price rebounds from the level of 1292, the price rises to rush to the previous level of 1300, and after that to 1306.

Gold has bounced back strongly from six-week lows on global growth worries, forming a bullish hammer on the weekly chart.

As of writing, the yellow metal is trading at $1,300, representing 0.45 percent gain on a weekly basis.

A bounce from lows near $1,280 was overdue as technical charts were reporting bearish exhaustion in Asian session today and the case for a corrective rally to $1,300 was bolstered further by risk aversion.

The European Central Bank (ECB) kept rates unchanged on Thursday but pushed out rate hike to 2020. The central bank also revised growth forecasts lower and announced new loans for banks.

Gold ka 1 bahut strong resistance lagta hai 1300 pe...waise to is point kop todna thoda mushkil hai lekin agar gold iske upar nikal gaya to fir iska down trend itnio easily nahi aayega..

old futures ended Friday�s session at the lowest level in two weeks, as traders were hesitant to push up prices amid ongoing uncertainty over whether Spain will formally request a full-scale sovereign debt bailout.

On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold futures for December delivery settled at USD1,755.25 a troy ounce by close of trade on Friday, losing 0.9% on the day.

Earlier in the session prices touched a daily low of USD1,753.75 a troy ounce, the weakest level since September 26. On the week, gold futures declined 1.5%, the biggest weekly drop since the last week of June.

Gold futures were likely to find support at USD1,739.35 a troy ounce, the low from September 26 and resistance at USD1,781.55, the high from October 8.

Market players remained cautious amid ongoing uncertainty over Spain�s position on requesting external financial aid from its euro zone partners following a down****e by ratings agency Standard & Poor�s.
