The price of the gold decline stopped at the main target suggested yesterday at 1200.00, and made a negative attempt this morning, but it turns to settle above it, which provides possible signals to witness some positive bias for today, supported by stochastic positivity.
Therefore, the bullish intraday bias will be preferred for today unless 1200.00 was broken followed by four hours close below it, as this break will activate the negative scenario again to target 1150.00 and 1125.00 areas again.

The Gold continued to maintain its bearish momentum last week , after breaking below the 1321.88 levels, now pressure will be on the key support 1158.48, the GOLD will have to hold below the 1158.48 levels on a weekly closing basis to push the market for further downside losses, If seen it will target the 950.64 levels.

On the upside, a failure to hold below the 1158.48 levels on a weekly closing basis, could mean a return to the 1321.88 levels, where strong cap is suggested .

In all, Gold will remain biased to the downside as long as 1321.88 holds with risk towards 1158.48/950.64 levels, break of 1321.88 would bring sideways move with bullish bias, but upside move above 1321.88 is likely to be limited by 1603.87 levels.

gold forecast for 28 june 2013
as we see in D1 chart, gold price is moving down to the next support area between 1170 until 1158.
this is very strong support and for the first time touch this area should be rebound back to the resistance area again at 1243 (lower range resistance) or at least back half way.
suggest to set buy entry around support area, find the lowest entry.
take profit 1 is at 1200
take profit 2 is at 1240
