Gold ka 1 bahut strong resistance lagta hai 1550 pe...waise to is point kop todna thoda mushkil hai lekin agar gold iske upar nikal gaya to fir iska down trend itnio easily nahi aayega..

Gold prices fell back below $ 1,390 an ounce in London morning but has remained in the range of recent weeks. European shares have traded higher. Analysts point to the FOMC meeting on Wednesday, where they will make decisions on monetary policy, as the factor that will move the markets this week.

"Generally, the market expects revealing comments at the next meeting of the Fed .. also affect the development of the gold," reads a note from Heraeus.

According to Jonathan Butler, precious metals strategist at Mitsubishi, any sign that a reduction of its quantitative easing program "would be bearish for gold and other metals."

On the Comex in New York, the net long speculative positions in gold futures and options fell in the last week as published by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

In India, the only country with the highest gold demand in China last year, gold and silver imports amounted to 8,400 million dollars last month, an increase of 90% compared to last year but below 138% of the last of April. India's trade deficit has increased from 17.800 million in April to 20,100 million in May. The prices of gold and silver fell in April, triggering a physical demand.
