Gold prices extend the late-US session weakness while staying heavy around $1,931/30 amid the early Wednesday in Asia. In doing so, the yellow metal fails to portray the rush to risk-safety, despite bounding off 50-day EMA, as the US dollar becomes the market favorite. Among the major catalysts, the Sino-American tussle and Brexit talks preceded pessimism surrounding the US stimulus talks and the EU-UK negotiations over post-Brexit trade relations. It should also be noted that the US dollar’s gains were the major burden on the yellow metal despite the risk-off mood.

The up trend taking place at the moment on the pair is taking place according to where the EMAs 5 and 6 which is Above the EMA 35 as a result to that taking buy orders would be the best if a bullish direction confirmation came from the other indicators.
According to the parabolic sar indicators dots located below the candles we assume that the price would be taking a upward direction as for the MACD which is currently moving above the 0 level it does give us a buy signal.
Also the CCI line is currently in the Higher level giving us by that a upward signal.
So to sum all that up I do believe that unless any bearish signal do appear buying would be the best option available at the moment.

Gold is still in full consolidation mode but the 4-hour chart is throwing up some interesting price action. Looking at the chart below the price has now formed a formidable support level at USD 1912.50 per troy ounce. The circles on the chart mark the fact the price has hit the level five times with some shadow (wicks) piercing the level but no close below.

The trendlines are also important on this chart the black one has been broken to the upside and now it has been tested twice you would be forgiven for thinking the price would move higher off the retest. The blue trendline could be a resistance zone should the price rally slightly. It is not as significant as the black one as there have not been as many touches.

The gold price on Tuesday with a decrease of Rs1,500 reached Rs113,500 per tola by the end of trading, reported24NewsHD TV channel.

Sindh Barters Association said the price of 10-gram gold fell by Rs1,286 to R97,308 per tola while 22-carat gold reached Rs89,200 per 10 grams.

In the international market, the gold price per ounce fell by $11, the TV channel reported.

Earlier on Monday, the gold price with a decrease of Rs600 reached Rs115,000 per tola. The price of 10-gram gold fell by Rs514 to R98,594 per tola while 22-carat gold reached Rs90,378 per 10 grams.
