Rolling back a little gold but the price to be below the break of 1665 I think the chances for further downward movement is very great, the price was still below the moving average with a period of 200 and shows that the level is kept very clearly not attached above ... if this goes on likely to fall even lower price ...

Since this morning the gold price (XAUUSD) still moving sideways in the same range in recent days (1655.80 - 1667.75). More precisely gold prices consolidate below the downtrend line which is now at 1661.70.
Trend line resistance 1667.75, together with the potential to be an important area of ongoing trigger a correction in gold prices after a further decline during December 2012.

The Gold is trading in a very tight range but slowly move upward towards the 200 Day SMA and main broken trend line support which now turns into resistance. we expect the bearish bias around this area. According to my chart analysis, I prefer to selling the Gold around 1665.00 with targets 1650.00, 1646.00 then 1635.00 and stoploss is above 1677.00.
