the macd indicator is giving us down trend signal and the trend line is also rejecting the up movement from the daily resistance at 1293.42 and falling down with breaking the support at 1287.00 level. this down movement continue expected. short with take profit at 1275.00 level.

from the picture above is clearly seen that there will be a large drop in Gold, as a small moving average line has great cutting line. This is most likely a sign that Gold will go down to as low as 1282.27 to 1280.40 or could exceed that level.
