Gold. Based on 4-hour chart, the bias remains bearish though it still needed a consistently break below the 1175.00 area to trigger further bearish momentum testing the the 1170.60 area or even the 1167.00 area. Conversely, immediate resistance lies at the 1178.80 area. As the condition of stochastic and RSI which looks oversold, break back above that area should be able to trigger bullish correction scenario retesting the 1182.75 area before targeting the 1187.75 area.

Gold. Based on 4-hour chart, the bias is still tend to bearish especially if price able to break consistently below the 1184.45 area. Which could trigger a sustainability of bearish momentum to retest the 1181.65 area, before targeting the 1178.80 area. On the reverse side, immediate resistance is seen at the 1187.75 area. Break back above that area could potentially bring price to neutral zone in the short term, with the possibility of retest the MA-21 at around 1190.35. The next resistance can be found at the 1193.70 area.

Which could trigger further bullish momentum re-testing the MA-200 at around 1197.60, before targeting the MA-100 at around 1201.75. Conversely, the MA-21 at around 1190.00 will act as immediate support. Clear break below that area would bring the price to neutral zone in the short term, with a possibility of retest the 1185.35 area. The next support is seen at the 1181.65 area.

Gold had returned to the range of $ 1,200 shortly after the Boston Fed President Rosengren said that the conditions for policy tightening "unmet". He also said further that not enough evidence going for growth in Q2. FED Fischer also said that "We must not make the mistake of believing that we have put an end to the financial crisis."
