1. Review yesterday's GOLD movement: Opening of gold at 1588.80. The price of the movement starts with strengthening to 1590.60 then goes down to 1587.70 then to 1595.70. After the price falls again reaching their lowest point (1585.10), it rises back to the highest point at 1599.60. Gold closed at 1593.20 (instaforex server).
2. Analysis of today's trends with the SMA system:
sma 16 as an indicator of short-term trends = down
sma 96 as an indicator of the medium-term trend = down
sma 480 as an indicator of long-term trends = down
So the trend is going down strongly.
3. Stochastic (5,3,3) / mrenstein stochastic signal levels:
tf m15: 17.06
tf m30: 11.49
tf h1: 8,42
tf h4: 14,54
tf d1: 11.00
4. Possible price movement today: After breaking through the 2 levels daily support, the price will go to 1571.17 as a 3 level daily support, but look at the stochastic all the data above, they are all in the oversold area. The market looks directionless today, in fact it lacks firmness and looks confused especially about the usd jobs data, I think it will remain in the same situation until there is no effective news or guarantee from a higher authority. It is still positive that he found supoprt in 1625 again and made a good recovery. Still slipping under 1640 again and again is not a good indication in my view. and gold touched the level of 1628 last week. so we need a retracement. gold can touch the level of 1670 in the next week. support is seen at levels 1605 and 1580. on the other hand resistance is seen at levels 1655 and 1685. gold is on the road to 1700 in my view.
