Gold price breaches the resistance

Gold price ended yesterday’s trading above the bearish channel’s resistance, which stops the recently suggested negative scenario and lead the price to start new bullish wave, on its way to regain the main bullish trend.

Moving above the EMA50 supports the expected rise, which its targets begin at 1535.00 followed by 1555.00, while breaking 1489.00 represents negative factor that will press on the price to resume the correctional bearish trend.

The expected trading range for today is between 1490.00 support and 1520.00 resistance.

Gold prices opened at $1491.44 and have placed a high of $1503.990 and low of $1487.96 until now. The overall movement for gold remained bullish on Thursday, and gold is currently trading at $1502.750.

Gold prices jumped back above $1500 on Thursday due to weak economic data from Europe and Japan. The weaker PMI from Japan and Europe indicated the need for more monetary stimulus.

Overall, the economic data of the USA was in support of the US dollar on Thursday. But Gold prices moved against the trend of negative correlation with US dollar and moved in the same direction.

Gold ka 1 bahut strong resistance lagta hai 1550 pe...waise to is point kop todna thoda mushkil hai lekin agar gold iske upar nikal gaya to fir iska down trend itnio easily nahi aayega..
So for gold i would recommend you guys to wait and watch
