The EUR/JPY pair fell during most of the week, finding the 130 level to be far too resistive in order to continue higher. The actual lately has been choppy to say the least, as over the last three weeks we have seen a shooting star, a hammer, and now this negative candle. With that being the case, it is very difficult to trade this from a long-term perspective until we get a break above the shooting star from two weeks ago. Until then, we will simply be on the sidelines as we certainly can’t short this pair.
