I'm waiting for this pair to start its bullish channel to correct its current low position , it is becoming more closer of a very strong support area that always correct its direction on it , it will face a support level @ 0.7470 then if it broke this level it will face a strong support level @ 0.7366 (0.0%) , i ensure that it will correct its position on any of these levels , i suggest to buy the pair after hitting this level with high stop loss and take profit , Good Luck

The pair pushed strongly to the downside breaking below the latest support at 0.7620 and heading to test the first targeted area we mentioned yesterday around 0.7550. Stochastic has dipped within oversold area, however the bearish bias continues to be dominant. Thus we expect the downside pressure to remain dominant over intraday basis. Steady trading below the recent swing low at 0.7620 is required for the bearish momentum to remain evident.



Recommendation : Based on the charts and explanations above our opinion is, selling the pair below 0.7620 targeting 0.7550 and 0.7500. Stop loss above 0.7680.

Let's have a look at Daily chart of the pair. The price is in downtrend because it is below the Ichimoku Kumo Cloud and EMA 200. But I think it will retrace to Fibonacci 38.2% level and then it will continue to be down.

The chart clearly describes the huge bearish momentum for the current bearish wave, the pair has been under heavy price since breaking below the main ascending trend line of the broken bullish trend.
