USD/CAD is currently trading around the highs of the day following a spike from 1.3086 to a high ay 1.3204 in a series of mostly bullish hourly bars as the US dollar firms on a Wall Street correction.
The US dollar has established a firmer tone pertaining to weakness in the G10's domestic economic and political backdrops with such risks as Brexit, the European Central Bank and Bank of Canada meetings this week.
The DXY traded at a three-week peak as Wall Street came back online and with stocks falling, extending last week's decline in what some analysts say is a long-overdue correction.

The up trend taking place at the moment on the pair is taking place according to where the EMAs 5 and 6 which is Above the EMA 35 as a result to that taking buy orders would be the best if a bullish direction confirmation came from the other indicators.
According to the parabolic sar indicators dots located below the candles we assume that the price would be taking a upward direction as for the MACD which is currently moving above the 0 level it does give us a buy signal.
Also the CCI line is currently in the Higher level giving us by that a upward signal.
So to sum all that up I do believe that unless any bearish signal do appear buying would be the best option available at the moment.

The Bank of Canada (BoC) held off on any major changes at the September FAD with no change to the overnight rate (0.25%), QE (min C$5 B/week) and forward guidance. However, the rest of the statement was balanced to cautiously upbeat, noting the recovery has been stronger than anticipated. The lack of surprise in the BoC's statement will keep the focus on the global story for USD/CAD.
