In a technical point of view, the pair could still be bearish before developing some interesting technical rebound, but at the same time we can not exclude that the bearish impulsive structure has finished the cycle, and in this case, the TARGET should be around 1.3070. That said, if the pair fails on these levels it is possible that there maybe an important support area around 1.2820 ( Downside Target).

As i already said that and usd/cad has fal to the level and now has facing a lot of bearish pressure so we might be seeing some of the bullish movement for short term and over all you can still sell the usd against cad with proper risk and capital management.
