The course did not work yesterday northern signal then usd / jpy beginning of a decline, but that the course was able to overcome the sliding alligator and the lower zone of fractals (support 99.30) - this was a signal to sell, as the 4 hour and hourly charts stochastics and RSI showed signal sales, profit until 98.80 (the lower zone of fractals).

JPY continue to grow noticeably tired and did not work out my yesterday's purchase, as long as the fall is still holding back the medium italic level if the course will be able to break it if I completely turn over to sell (because it is likely working off a double divergence MASD and the beginning of the mid-term corrective decline).

As you see in my following attached chart, the pair continues to negotiate with the upside channel�s resistance, while stochastic provides negative signals on the four hours time frame.
Therefore, we continue to suggest the bearish trend for today, waiting for targets that begin by testing 97.60, and remember that breaching above 99.75 will stop the negative possibility and leads into more bullish actions.

Yen crosses suffered a kneejerk when PM Kuroda stated a few minutes ago that the BOJ has done all that is was necessary and possible for now, sending USD/JPY to a daily low of 98.94. FOMC surprise however helped the pair jump back higher to a fresh high of 99.71. The hourly chart shows indicators heading lower in positive territory, not reflecting latest recovery yet, while 100 SMA accelerated higher above 200 one, supporting the dominant bullish trend. Bigger time frames also hold a positive bias, with 100.00 now at sight for current US session.

The pair holds steady above 99.00 handle, consolidating recent gains that peaked at 99.65. Overall bullish tone remains intact for now, as the price look s towards psychological 100.00 barrier and possible resumption of the uptrend. Corrective actions are for now seen limited, with 98.60 zone offering solid support and expected to contain pullbacks and prevent further bearish developments that would be seen on a break below 98.60/98.00.
