Today's trading session showed that usd was a sell off against the yen, now the pair has baseline support on 1 hour time frame and could definitely show some upward retracement, we are not at oversold so this tells us that we might not have the go ahead to give a buy signal yet, I would probably wait for 78.41 area to buy this pair rather than buy now

If this pair can break the 110.91 support level, I predict this pair will go down to the next support at 110.41 But if this pair go up and break 111.42 resistent level, I predict this pair will make some correction to the next resistent level at around 111.92

The Euro turned extremely bearish during yesterday's session, breaking below the much supportive 1.12 level. The breakdown in the market happened just after ECB President Mario Draghi suggesting the need to hold the rate hikes for the rest of the year.

Trade talks between China and the US did not see a breakthrough, and a summit between Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping is not that close. The same goes for Brexit talks, which saw the same difficulties around the Irish Backstop. While a delay in Brexit is on the cards, the failure to reach a new accord is worrying.

The European Central Bank surprised with an early dovish twist that had an impact well beyond Europe, and so did the Bank of Canada. They joined the Fed that reiterated its patience on raising interest rates, with the Bank of Japan already deep in the dovish territory.
