Yes, this pair is bullish slighty. But as usual, it runs in a slow range of motion. I hope this pair can reach the 79.80 price level today, not as high as usual. If it can reach the price level of 79.90, I think it will rebound to a minimum of 5 pips before continuing the trend and yesterday, the save haven pair, usdjpy, has passed the weekly pivot (79.51). It moves up until now. the next resistance level (79.70) is being tried to break the price. if prices can increase it, prices are expected to get more up to the psychological level of 79.81.

RSI 14 momentum resistance at 50.00 level has forced the pair to re-enter the descending channel which started at 84.15 as seen in the chart provided. Furthermore, initial support of 79.55 was taken with a long black candlestick pattern but the technical catalyst that prevented us from suggesting further decline is that the pair currently touches 61.8% of all waves rising from 76.00 levels to the 84.15 zone. We are not entirely sure if whether the recent piece action is only a correction for the rally mentioned above or the pair will continue to move lower to retest the significant low again. Therefore, we will keep aside today before the weekly close until clearer signs emerge to indicate the next step.
