The short term trend of the pair is upward. The Intraweek trading range of the pair for this week is between the main support at 77.00 and the main resistance at 80.00. Based on my chart analysis, I prefer to buy the pair around 78.30 with a target of 79.90 and stop losses below 77.60. and the main point from which you can capture movement I think will be the bottom line is the sloping channel, which is sent to the field, some late are very calm and I don't think he will be able to break 78.00.

Violations of 77.94 argue that the recent decline of 80.61 may continue. Intraday bias is cautious on the downside to retest at 77.66 low. A stronger recovery cannot be ruled out but the upside should be limited below 79.13 support turned resistance and brought a fall back. Below 77.94 should send USD / JPY through 77.66 lows to the support zone 75.56 / 76.02.
