That was not a bad trade as it worked quite a few times before this last test. But this is a good lesson on why using protective stops on all trades is the smart play. Even when you think you have central bank support on your trade, you should place a stop in the market when you have an open trade. We cannot control what others do, but we do have control over our decisions and using a stop to limit our losses is a must. Especially when you think that you have a sure trade in the market. Expect the unexpected and you will very rarely be surprised.

Simple Moving Average chart for this pair seen as an indicator as smoothly up movement, so it is possible the breakout of the resistance level at 1.1217 and the pair will continue to go up to the next resistance level at 1.1239 in my personal view this pair will be continue bullish trend, for intraday trading today I suggest BUY at the level 1.1208 stop loss at the level 1.1253 and target take profit at the level 1.1173

As we can see in the H4 chart, EURUSD is still trading inside the “oversold zone”. Market players still can’t decide on the pair’s further movements, thus making it highly volatile. The lines in the chart haven’t been redrawn yet, which means that the price may yet continue growing. In this case, the price may break the 0/8 level and continue rising to reach the resistance at the 2/8 one.
