Trading carelessly will bring us losses upon losses. We should follow money or risk management in trading and never be aggressive. I am a simple trader in forex and i am satisfied in my earning from forex but some times I earn more money which i do not suppose to be guess, and some time i make lose too.

Experience teaches us importance of stop loss and also helps us to develop a good trading mindset. In my beginning days of trading I was a trader who traded with the always win mindset. But what, this attitude of mind did not save me from losses. But instead blow my account several times and made me victim of stop outs even with big deposits.

risk management is really important in such a business, so therefore traders has to learn and understand the function of risk management, knowing that it is for their own protection. Yes I am following the right risk management I should follow and I ensure that I am taking the trades according to my trading strategy.

Also, when traders are even making analysis, it will be gambling if they do not use their risk management along with their trading.

when we gain experience we should correct our mistakes fast. Those traders who cannot correct their mistakes should give up trading before it is too late. Because loosing money continuously can cause us severe financial problems If we learn with our experience and replace our bad trading habits with good ones, soon we will start reaping the benefits of our trading activity.
