Greed is one major cause of loss in forex trading, if we are greedy we won't want to follow our money management rule, we would be taking too high risk, opening so many position at the same time and would end up getting a margin call.

I think, the actual reason for loss of traders is greediness and emotions. At the same time, entering into the market in wrong time, don't trade with proper strategy lack of knowledge are also the major reasons for loss of traders.

When we are trading in forex then we need quite about this . But people getting too much greedy when they earn some money from that . Then they invest more and then they failed to reach profit .

Yeh definitely even if they have knowledge they cannot control their emotions and dont implement their knowledge properly.We all have emotions but an experienced trader know how to control them.

That particular trade was not entirely your fault. There was a bank intervention by the Swiss national Bank (SNB) and the price jumped a lot of points in less than 1 minute. Even a stop loss would not have been able to save your account if a 400 point move would have blown it. This is because the broker would hot have been able to fill in your stop loss at the speed of the price move. The best way is to be aware of when there are going to be bank interventions (fundamental analysis). Then you can avoid opeining positions or large lot size positions during such itmes.

yeah....controlling emotions like greed,fear is needed in forex ..forex is business where good knowledge and experience required..without this trader has more chances to lose his money .If we want to be successful trader than we must follow trading rules and discipline....and those who ignore it can suffer from huge loss..so to prevent loss make good knowledge and experience.

i have also like that too, because my mental call me to make the open position, make me got the loss because of this thing, that is really bad to break the rules because of our emotion on the forex

first of all you must be aware of your emotion which can break your whole efforts. so always keep it control yourself . and don't put large vol of order.

I also think this is one of the most reason of losing money and i also not out of them .so many time i lost because of this mentality to get quick profit and as a result huge loss . so to servive in forex we need to go slowly and gain more experience which helps lot to realize market condition.
