As forex an international trading market many people want to invest money at forex. But there are many important things to start new trade. The first thing is proper knowledge accruing about forex and also need to proper market analysis.If anyone starting forex without knowing proper knowledge or proper market analysis he become failure today or tomorrow and also who have proper knowledge but aggressive for more trade he would be failure too because in forex market marketer need to be cool & smart for trade.

To me it's Lack of understanding in the market, not being able to understand to read the price action, not having a proper trading plan. Going to live account without backtesting the strategy, Without even testing the strategy in demo account.

In my point of view opening many entries at a time is not a good choice. This will divide your consentration and will effect your analysis. If you are a long term trader then it can be done but you should have a large capital. But for day trading and especially for scalping trader should open not more then 3 to 4 entries. I do scalping i always open one entry at time, sometimes two but not more then to.

I thing ,Forex trading mey loss ki sab say bhari waja es kay baray mey knowledge or es business kay baray mey experience ka na hona hay. or baz log bina kisi experience ka es business mey investment kartay hain jis kay bais onay loss hota hai.
