loss se bachane ke liye aapko market ko samajhna hoga,aapko forex mein experience gain karna hoga jisse aap esme apne analysis kar sakein,jab takk aap forex mein apne analysis nahi karlete aap ess business mein ache se kaam nahi kar sakte..

in forex there is lose but there is also profit,,, some time if predict right things on right time....

yes you are right budy to loose money in forex or in trade market there is lack of experince and knowledge that why we loose money at share market....

I think many of the causes that make our loss and as traders we should always remain calm then all would be very nice and as we should always be ready trader on market that once churned and we must avoid greedy nature and emotion, it's so crappy.

In my study and personal experience i found that many people do not take proper stuy and lacking of knowledge , they do not use stop loss, they do not maintain money management, they do not use proper lot size compare with their account balance.
