I think a trader should consider the facts and think that capital that is lost is already lost and one should not try to recover it. It is really tough to recover the capital (lost) in trading and we need to trade with proper way and do not think on lost capital and I think if we can trade with proper understanding of money management and analysis of the market then we can easily get profit regularly.

Yes it is true my friend, I think the most hard thing in forex trading is trying to recover the loss and we have to take more risk and our emotions works here, But I think it is not a good idea to try to make more money from the forex trading by trading emotionally rather than technically.

We should not try to recover lost capital and specially by performing a counter trade or by aggressive trading or over trading for that matter . It is possible that a trades does his analysis for next trade and try to figure out cause of loss and try to perform next trade and make it profitable which will eventually make up for the last lost trade .
