If it your first time to trade and loss you capital almost to 90%,then it gonna kill you to never trade forex or it may make you strong passion to make it work for you.Don't try to think about loss capital because it will turns you aggressive to not make any good trades.

when you face losses, you need to trade again and you need to confirm that you will make some profit.. otherwise you will be in more losses in before.. and with some periodic losses it will be quite impossible for you to be on the track again.. because the more we loss the more mistake we did to recover our money.. ecover losing not easy bro because you want big capital big than the loss to recover but to have small capital than the losing you never recover it because the risks will be danger so try to not thing about recover but try to focus on quality of trading and you by time will increase your capital and may by time to recover it but if you focus to recover it you will lose all capital.

ya you are right but according to me . you need proper knowledge about forex. i think your knowledge is not enough so you face to loss. you need more learning knowledge and should be work hard in forex to learn everything for forex trade. if you can gain proper knowledge of forex trade, you can get huge profit. by this you can recover your losses.

Jab tak lost capital 2 ya 3% ke risk mein rehti aur reward to risk 3 ya 4 times rehta hai to ek do losses se koi farak nahi padta aur back to back winning trades bhi ho sakte hai aur isi wajah se successful traders market mein jyadatar losing trade follow nahi karte aur wo trade entry ke saath stop aur profit rakh ke wait karte hai aur unko pata hai jab mauka milega to unka trade unko kahi jyada profit bana ke dega aur yahi trading principles bhi hai.

I think recovering lost capital is very easy for trader . Because we can make huge money by this online business . Big amount loss is bad for trader and it's hard to recovery for newbie trader . Beginner shouldn't take big risk in this business . Recovery is so easy for Expert trader .
