Lost capital is just the same as a product in bad state that can't pass quality control. When you have one, you don't try to recover the money lost on the product. You only try to make this products in bad state the minimun of all the production, reducing them into the minimun we can for avoiding bigger outcomes.

The same for forex. You don't have to recover it. You have to make losses the minimun you can and next trying to maintain those losses into minimun and incomes to the maximum. You only can learn about problems and trying to avoid them, not trying to recover all.

most of the time we usually will spend a lot of time on how to get revenge to the market after we loss some of our capital. this is so wrong, cause actually it can leas us to loose even more. what we should do is get back to the previous history of our trade and do some analyze to find the mistakes. that way we won't get to the wrong way again.

Yes recovering the lost capital is very tough.Cause when a trader faces a great amount of loss then he break down from his regular activities. It is getting very tough to recover himself to the work and gain the another way to profit.
