I urge you, as a business discipline and mental control.l I have tried a lot of good techniques, but most of the time was not the main reason is that they do not follow. So it was a losing month, and the things you need to remember that time and experience as years.one If you do not manage emotions, improve their trading skills do not help.

The most important lesson for preventing you from loss is that all the time is not for trading . You need to be very selective in order execution . You may wait for weeks before you can get an accurate signal to enter. and secondly always be confident on your decision whether it proves right or wrong afterwords.

And you need to practice on cent account with real money. Because on demo account you will never feel that pressure which you can feel on real account.

I would advice to do proper analysis before opening a trade and set a stop loss below support level, if your trade are investment type and you are not using stop loss, you should never use higher leverage consding safety of your account.
