Yes discipline is needed in Forex that is why you need to learn it for yourself. You need to control yourself to do stupid things that might cause you loss. Beginners must practice first for a long time, and don't enter live trading until you are consistently earning profit. That is discipline, because professional traders are disciplined traders.

I completely agree with you. I think the best way to identify their mistakes is practicing trade with their demo account. While practicing with their demo account they would able to identify their mistakes easily.

newbie should trade in a demo accounts before before they trade on real . when they have the experience and can discipline well, they can be a good trader . they should do that to avoid losses

According to me demo trading did not make us able to trade in real envirment, i think its better for a trader to go for cent account after demo trading becasue with cent account he can learn to trade with emotions and greed that back him up while he move on for standard account.
