That is a good advice...any analysis you get from a confuse mind will only result in loses, so don't force yourself to trade when you are not in the clear state of mind. Remember that one you open a position in the market you can not change your position. Be careful always. concentration is very important in forex if you are not able to concentrate due to various reason like some family problem,office problem or some health issues avoid trading at that time .it will save you from losing your money ..

Concentration takes us to the path of success, when we trade if the concentration remain absent there then this become vein or valueless. Most of us are agree on this matter that for a fruitful result "CONCENTRATION" is a must. I think that a neutral mind gives you a strong degree of concentration level. All people are not same in concentrating . Mainly both the negative or positive emotional factors deviate people from their concentration.
