How to change yourself to act best in a situation.

To control some of your habits, emotions, fear so that you can act best as per particular situation and take appropriate action in forex trading it would be best if learn to control/change yourself.
There is a famour saying "all change must first take place on the inside". you have to first change how you feel and behave in a given situation, change these Internal Representations, and you shall be able to conquer.

The only method to act best is follow a good strategy and trade only when you get any signal from your trading strategy and always put stop loss and take profit in tact so that you won't have to feel worried about your open position.

yeah.. make sure that we have system.. believe on the system... when to enter.. when to take profit, when to cut loss etc... ofcousre its gonna help us to act in right position,,,, and one more thing to considfer is... just believe ti to increase our trading performance... cz its gonna help us to be discipline at trading....

System is same with trading plan in my view, of course we must prepare good trading plan and then we must trade our trading
plan too. It will be useless when we have good trading plan but we didn't follow the trading plan well. Don't break the rule with
trading out of trading plan.

Forex me sabse pehele apko jada time dena chahiye.Aur jada time demo me practice karna chahiye.
aur sabse pehele ap ka emotion per dhyan dena chahiye.kun ku a forex ka sab se bada dusman he.
aue jiska jada isme experience he oh ache me trade kar payegi.

We should analyse each days trading activities at end of day and try to point out if there were some mistakes
that could be avoided and then prepare strategy for next day-doing this we can improve the performance in short period of time.

To behave cleverly and not over react in any situation i think need two most important thing. The confidence about our act if our act always right. In forex there will show in how we react with our position. And the second is control our emotion anytime when we trading.
