you are right all the changes start from inside.that is the main reason why most of the traders keep on loss and loss cause they do not want to change their-self.they act the same way and they repeat the same mistakes and the result is always same.so if we want better results then we have to also change ourself to better.

It is not really easy for us to change ourselves, there is one thing that comes to my mind to avoid being greedy and that is: forex has been around for a long while before I discovered it and it will still be around even after I stop trading. So therefore, there is no need for me to be in a hurry to make profit over night when I can easily make the profit daily and allow it to accumulate to something reasonable using a small risk.
