leverage in not related with money if u have 100 and u make 1:100 u will have 10000 u can buy or sell but if ur leverge is big resk is big too so be cerfull

Hera a new question about forex trading who start , question is what is leverage and its benefits etc . its most imortant part of trading.

Fisrt things is that if leverage direct related to investment .when we invest means we buy or sell then accourding to ouer leverage ouer investment done.

High leverage is very useful for aggressive traders. They could use a large margin with high leverage. And you can imagine, going so fast profit is obtained by using the leverage. But, if one chose, your capital will instantly disappear.

Leverage is the factor which makes forex electrifying. If you change $100 then you can tell a $100000 using a investment of 1:1000. But we should be scrupulous in using these leverage because it can good as cured as impairment us. tho' great leverage can transfer alto profits it can equally play big losses. So it is wise especially for the forex aspirants who acquire low equilibrium / justness to use low leverages.

Leverage is a important term in forex.there have many leverage 1:200,1:500,1:1000,1:2000 etc.among them 1:200 and 1:500 is better.the second point safe rely,large leverage safe from margin call.

I fully agree with you, mate. Many traders just be afraid to trade with high leverage since expert say that high leverage have good ability to kill our account. Well, I fully agree with that! But, after all, in fact, this leverage also give us more advantage for enpower our margin level, so we will have better and stronger margin to trade and safe our account (such as irony, isn't it?). All we need is, just use as high as leverage possible, but always remain your self to trade with good money management.

yes forex market is a very good market to trade if you know how to do it, if you are good trader you would be making a lot of money trading forex you would determine what you want and how you would get it yourself

i do not agree with the second point , because as i know that the leverage can not help us to save from the margin call, becaue when we are use the high leverage it is can let us break the money management

I think there is one thing that is often overlooked, even neglected by a trader. whether it is, yes very true, it is read and followed the news of the word market. seems very trivial, but did you know that how important news for a market trader. If you forget this, I am sure you will experience defeat.

You are wrong dear, here you discuss only one aspect of the higher leverage ifwe see in broader prospect than we can find that when a trader choose bigger leverage in same he also choose big lot size to trade due to margin available which means more risk and if market move little against him than he lose all so higher leverage is killer one for traders.
