In my view if you are trade than do not trade..
its not good for making profit.
when we are trade our body not able to take right decision...second thing our mind also need rest..for batter result we take a little bit rest then we trade with fresh mind.

well, you guys are great full of energy even after a hard dayus work. but i dont know i canmt continue like you guys do. nowadays my eyes are even paining a lot. i consult a doctor too but he says my eyes are fine, just stressed due to over use and he prescribe only an eyedrop and nothing else.
And i m damn tired of sitting in front of the pc all the time, in office and at home too.

It is same with me also, after coming from hectic work i feel i should relax but as soon as i get to home, i feel i should check my running orders and once i switch ON the computer and open the terminal then it is finished, i will not get up till i spend at least one hour.

I am also a part time trader and do the day job just like you and have the same feeling of taking rest after arriving at home but money has so much attraction that instead of doing rest I turn on my PC and start trading. During trading I don't sit in front of the terminal but check the terminal after each 30 min or 40 min interval.

How do you trade forex after a busy and tiresome day?
Well i have a day job and sometimes very busy with tons of work. As a result when i reach home i hardly have any energy to be in front of the trading platform and just want to have a complete rest. What do you do in such circumstances?
