I believe that all the good time frame to serve as a guide for trading, except that we include a long-term trader or short term, if we include the long-term trader, then in general used as the times frames as H4 and as D1. but when we are short-term traders, mostly with the time frame M5, M15 and H1, but I'm sure every trader has its own way of determining the time frame in the trading !!

Time is doesn't matter if you have knowledge about technical and fundamental analysis of charts then don't think so but if you want to know about 5 min , 1 hour. 4 hours then its depend on you how much you are patience and wait for pairs movement but i use mostly 5 mint charts. Dost hamein kaun sa time frame ko lekar trade karna chahiye ye hamare trading strategy par depend karta hai agar aap scalping strategy pasand karte hain to uske liye lower time frame thik rahta hai but agar aap sahi analysis kar sakte hain aur to large time frame ke saath hin trading karna sahi rahta hai, kyonki usmein direction ka pata jyada achhi tarah se chal pata hai.

it depends upon you bro if you are experienced trader then you can go with lesser time frames like m1 m15 and m30 if you are a newbie and less experienced then i suggest you to go with higher time frames because you will know and you can find where the trending is going if it is going high you can buy if it is falling then you can sell higher time frame easy to trade but you must have you back end pips if the trade goes bad

kam karne ka best time 12pm k bad hota hai .pakistan time aur sham 5pm se phele close kar lain 5 pm se 7 pm k time trad na karian us time market fast ho jati hai.pher 8pm trad krain aur raat 12am se phele band kar lain aur 15 mint aur 1 gante ki trad krain . no best time frame to best time i think every time is best in forex trade but usually people look news market ups and downs and the decide with their knowledge and experience that should we invest now are not and many people earn and i think no time frame is when market go high and when low something is like that
