the things you're mentioned are the basic problems that happened not only to newbies but almost to all traders. i guess these problems will still continue and will never be an end for them. the things we should do is trying to avoid it. if we knew that small capital could lead us to losses then try not to trade untill we have a proper amount, etc.

I think forex is a business that requires skill.
we can not make trades just rely on large capital.

Yes greed is the most acting things in Forex market to loss everyday trade and the other thing is our emotions when we getting wrong trade then we do not put SL position or close the trade to keep some balance in equity, if we close earlier loss trade then we have some equity to test the next trade to cover our balance or make profit.
