Why in Forex there are so many who lose?

I think many investors fail in currency transactions due to lack of proper information. You can't be a good investor overnight. You cannot generate large income from currency transactions and get rich quickly. While this can be challenging, it is necessary if you anticipate to be effective, and this is the main goal why making a strategy before business is very important. many people lose their capital in forex trading because they have no experience about forex trading, lack of knowledge and bad money management, if they control then they will trade well and make a profit. and in forex, it is described as a forest that we have never touch. if the forest never touches us then surely we will not know which way and how to go. forex shows that, most beginners in forex losses come in because of their lack of knowledge about what forex is true.

In my opinion, there are so many reasons that cause traders to lose more money on forex. The mistakes they make in forex make them lose so much. I think there are so many mistakes there, like over-trading, wrong trend analysis, guessing the top or bottom, and so on. If it's more, I think greed could be another factor that causes tyraders to lose. and I think, what causes more loss is our emotions and greed, fear. if it is possible to control everything, the opportunity to get more profit can be very large. we must also be prepared for market conditions. if our position is wrong, we must have other plans to minimize losses.

I think that many forex traders lose because many beginners use live accounts too fast, they have to practice first on the cheapest demo accounts to find profitable strategies. with a demo account you have learned the opportunity to be smaller and the chance of losing profits will be greater. and yes agree. to lose in forex basically first time for beginners, some novice traders want their returns very fast, and they trade and want lots of profits. so they fall into big losses and some traders don't use stop loss. this is the main factor of large losses.

1 people not follow money management and dicipline of market
2 people are not doing trade at right time
3 people are always hurry for get short term profit
4 people get fear when market is volitile and going against them and so they close their position with loss
5 and last most important is always understand market psychology

I think there are some traders who lose in forex trading, because they have no forex trading knowledge and then they just trade blindly, and without any strategy ... they will have a bad money management plan and always trade without tools and the right strategy ... so they always suffer losses ... but I think if someone is a good trader, then they will always make money by trading forex ... and yes in this world, only a few succeed and others lose a lot . To win in forex we must be skilled and must have extra talent and also the ability to work hard.

Without adequate knowledge, no one can succeed in business, not only in forex trading. to avoid losses in this field every trader must require sufficient knowledge and yes trading the forex market is a very risky business.
