Yes, that is right, we are the biggest enemy of ourselves, we always feel that in a trade, we are fighting with our emotion, our scare, and our uncertaity, there is another voice in our body do the opposite way, so we should learn to control ourselves, though this process is painful, but it is worthy.

That's right you must have control over your emotions. You can't have control over price movement but these emotions will come inside you. If you will not control them, then you can't blame the market for you loss.

I'm agree from your statement. There are no bigger enemy in forex bussiness except ourselves. Get succes or even bancrupt is depend on how to control our emotion. So if you wanna get long life in this bussiness, you must first defeat your bad emotion.

If you want to be an expert trader in forex then you have to fight with yourself.. If you win only then you are on the way of becoming a true forex trader.. You have to leave your greediness, your fear... all the negative facts that holding you down.. need to be conquered.. Only after that you will see profits in your trade.. The thread title is exactly true, we are our own enemies because each and every wrong decision is made by us. We do mistakes ourselves. Forex is the business that needs a great deal of knowledge and experience in a trader, now it is our mistake that we start trading without proper knowledge and education.

i totally agree . we are our own enemy . that trade that you put that you forgot your MM rule is made by you and not anybody else . when we let our human nature get the better of us we will surely fail in trading . so its always to tame ourselves from the word go !
