So after understanding the real fact we should try to find out why we behave like that to suffer loss in trading . The main reason for this is attachment with the money as we see the money is loosing from my account we get frustrated and fearfully do some nasty things and may close the order , whereas the market may move again in our direction after some time and give profit. so we should find out a way to stop such things.

Oh I completely agree, that most dangerous enemy is yourself in trading no doubt. Market moves its direction and it is up to you whether you get in or not and there is no one else to blame than you for getting into wrong trade, because you made that decision and you pay for that.
