High leverage lead to higher loss???

I will agree with realfun totally that it is up to us to swing this tool in our favor or against ourselves. Actually with higher leverage we have more margin to open more positions so the proper MM will be required and a good trader should be able to do it.

High leverage does not bring higher losses but it can make you to handle high volume of currency. What brings higher losses is the lot size

this high leverage will not lead you to get big lose
if you use small leverage without money management you will lose too

Yes. i agree with you. The high leverage lead to loses. we are free to select lot size and results in greed and finally led to huge loss. So, if you select higher leverage, the go for money management.

High leverage is the open gates for flow of funds out of our account, it increase the greediness in the trader and make him to take more risk than his money management plan which leads to some loss.

Many people think that high leverages lead to high loss, but i think it is not true as big lot size is lead to high loss.

Every aspect has merit and demerit. High leverage helps us to make good money while trading but it can lead to high loss too. It will depend upon our trade whether we are losing or winning in high. If we place good trade then definitely we will be able to earn good profits with the high leverage. But failing to do that will surely lead to huge loss too.

Very high leverage leads to losses in forex trading. But before that happens, we will also trade with high lot sizes in order to lose. Once a trader knows how to open trades with the appropriate lot size, they will be able to use even the highest leverage`s in their trading example - 1 : 1000.

yes higher leverage make you lose your deposit faster. so it is not safe to use higher leverage specially if you are not that good in trading just yet. better use lower lot. at least with lower lot when you lose it is easier to recover.

beginners should never use big leverage, it just committing a big crime. high leverage will blow the account much faster then one expects especially when the market is trending. a leverage is 1:200 is best for those who are learning or beginning forex.
