Introduction

Easypaisa, Pakistan’s first mobile banking platform launched in 2009, is the only GSMA mobile money certified service in the country. Initially launched as a money transfer service. Easypaisa is part of Telenor Micro finance Bank and operates as a branch less banking service. Easypaisa is driven by the bank’s vision and mission of transforming the financial landscape of the country and providing instant access to convenient digital financial services.


Advantages:

1: You can do Mobile Top ups (Prepaid + Postpaid).
2: You can pay your Electricity,Gas,Water,Telephone,Solar etc Bills at the comfort of your home.
3: You can pay all your loan repayments without any hassle.
4: Now you can purchase Mobile Calling and Internet Bundles directly in your Easypaisa mobile wallet.
5: Send money to CNIC,Other Easypaisa Mobile Wallet, Other Mobile Wallets, Bank Account etc.
6: You can perchance cinema Tickets.
7: You can book train,Plane and Bus tickets.
8: You can pay your taxes.
9: You can do Careem, Uber Daraz account top ups directly from your Easypaisa wallet.
10: On registration you can get free 100 rupees as a welcome gift.
11: You can do all your Government payment through Easypaisa wallet.
12: Receive your Home remittance from abroad.
13: Free Transfers (Easypaisa to Easypaisa) .
14: Low fees on bank and other wallet transfers.
15: You can pay your online shopping bills through easypaisa wallet most of the shopping websites support easypaisa as a payment gateway.

Disadvantages:

In my point of view there is no any disadvantages because i am using Easypaisa from last 6-7 years and i do transactions on daily basis. I thing i don't like about easypaisa that is you cannot receive funds from skrill to easypaisa. i talk to them they said we are working on it soon you will get this service.

My Experience

I pay all my bills through easypaisa. i have my easypaisa debit card which can be used for online shopping and for withdrawal as well. Mostly i do my online shopping and i do pay my bills via easypaisa. In my point of view easypaisa payments are instant and secure so you don't have to worry about that. My rating for Easypaisa will be 4.9 out of 5.
