Facing difficulty in sequencing activities within its mine plan, Guyana Goldfields (TSX:GUY) said today ore production will be suspended between four and six months in 2020 to focus on waste stripping.
The company made the announcement in its year-end production results.
In its initial mine plan, the company thought it could keep processing ore but faced difficulty smoothing out waste stripping, which resulted in a smaller operating areas with "...reduced productivity rates from increased congestion and delays in drill-blast-load cycles."

It's almost 3 months now that eurusd has been on the downtrend since the last top at 1.25548, February 16, 2018. Since then eurusd has been sideways keeping above the uprend trendline.

The single currency was able to edge up slightly after better then the expected Eurozone pmls,
Which revealed growth in the bloc was higher than expected in February .
The dollar suffered some losses on Friday after pml data revealed the services sector contracted ,falling to a 76 month lo markit preliminary .
Munafacturing purchasing managers for February was expected to drop from 45.3 to 44.8 points - below the 50 point . dear threshold separating expansion and contraction the services pml was projected to to slid from 54.2 to 53.8 points .
