    4 Indicators explained

Since there are many key factors that play a role in determining the value of a currency compared to another currency, many traders look at the charts as a simple way to identify trading opportunities. When you look at charts, you will notice two common market conditions. Climate is either a range market with strong levels of support and resistance or ceiling or a border that prices do not penetrate or trend markets where prices move up or down.

The use of technical analysis allows you as a trader to determine the limits of the range or trading climate and then find the levels of entry and exit with higher opportunities based on these readings. Read indicators are easily placed on the graph. Knowing how to use any of the four indicators, such as arithmetic mean, RSI, Slow Stochastic, or MACD - the divergence and convergence of the arithmetic mean will provide you with a simple way to monitor trading opportunities.

    Moving average

Arithmetic averages make it easier for traders to identify opportunities for trading in the direction of the general trend. When the market is in an upward trend, you can use multiple arithmetic averages or arithmetic averages to determine the direction and time to buy or sell. The arithmetic mean is a line that easily measures the average price of a pair of currencies during a certain period of time, such as the last 200 days or a year of price movements in order to understand the general trend.

Identifying trading opportunities in conjunction with the averages allows you to see the prevailing trend and trading through entering positions as the pair moves towards the path of the arithmetic average and exits when it starts to behave in the opposite direction.

    RSI

RSI is a simple and useful indicator. Oscillators such as RSI help you know when the currency is in areas saturated with buying or selling, leaving room for a reversal. For those who are buying at a lower price and selling at a higher price, RSI is likely to be their optimal indicator.

The RSI indicator can be used both in trend and range markets in order to determine better prices for entry and exit sites. When markets are not following a clear trend and trading within a range, you can either work with the buy or sell signals as shown above. When markets are following a clearly defined trend, you only want to enter positions according to the same trend path when the index is recovering from the maximum levels (as shown above).

Since RSI is a oscillator, it ranges from 0 to 100. The value of 100 is a saturated area of purchases as the chances for a bearish move are growing. While the value is 0, the indicator is considered to be in a saturated area where there is a higher upside potential. If a bullish trend is detected, you will want to determine the RSI reversal from the readings below 30 before entering the positions again according to the same trend path.

    Stochastic Indicator

A slow stochastic is an oscillator as an RSI indicator and helps you identify the weathers saturated with selling or buying, suggesting the price test is likely to be reflected. What distinguishes the stochastic is two lines, K line% and D% in order to determine the entry level. Since the oscillator has the same oversold readings, wait until the K line exceeds the D% line below the 20 level in order to monitor a strong buy signal along the same direction

    MACD

MACD can be used in markets that follow a specific trend or those that are trading within a range as its use of arithmetic averages provides a visual representation of changes in direction. After determining the market climate, you should look at two things in order to get indications from this indicator. First, lines that have to do with the zero line that determines the bullish or bearish direction of the pair should be detected. Second, you should set the line of balance (blue) MACD (red) line up or down for buy or sell.

Like all indicators, the MACD performs better if it is associated with a clear-cut market or a broader market. When direction is determined, it is preferable to take MACD line overrides in the direction path. When you enter the site, you can put stop loss below the maximum limits reached by the price before the overrun, and put the order to take profits at twice the amount you risk.
