it is a good template as I can see. you can use only one indicator to get more better result because having two indicators will waste a lot of signals. I think MACD will work better with this strategy than the stochastic.
you can look for a divergence and for the trend to be broken then ride the new trend.

it is a good strategy and has a very good indicators , if all the indicators give short signals we can easily make 20 pips in the sell direction. I like this kind of strategies it is easy and profitable

Using trend line
Trendline is the dividing line that connects two or more of the bottom row (describing the bullish strength) or a dividing line that connects two or more consecutive peaks (describing the power of bearish). A trendline can be drawn along the top of the downtrend, or along the bottom of the uptrend.

Sideway (Range Bound Markets) occurs when prices stopped rising at the same level of the previous increase, and when the price dropped to stop at the same level of the previous decline.

In a declining trend, any price drop down to a lower level than the previous decline and stop the rise in the price of each at a lower level than the previous increase. The decreasing trend is also known as the downtrend.

Trend appears when the price will be up or down over a given period. An upward trend, any increase in prices reaching levels higher than the previous price increase and decrease respectively terminate at a higher level than the previous decline. This trend is also known as the uptrend.

Factors Affecting Strength Trend Line

1. The time frame is more length. If TF is longer, more valid trenline line. For example, a monthly term trendline would be more valid than a period of a week.

2. Trendline strength. The longer the trendline, it would be valid. Trendline that shows the main pattern over a longer period, more important than a trend line that short.

3. Trendline with Total Hits. Prices are more often met the trend line, the trend line will be more valid. A trend line that affected 3 times the price signal is more valid than the trend line that received only two hits.

4. Angle trendline. The more steep trend line, which means the faster the action of a group of traders. A trend line that has an angle of 60 degrees indicates the action is faster than a group of traders from the 45 degree trendline.

5. Total volume of trade on the direction of price movement. Greater volume of trade moving in the same direction of the trend lines, trendline more valid. If the price moves in the direction of the trend line with a larger volume, it confirms the trend. If prices pull back to trend lines with a smaller volume, also confirmed the trend.

Then it could be made a sort of line of Chanel Trend ... To further confirm the trend readings.

Use of Indicators

The indicator that tells you the direction of the trend chart, no rules. Every Time Frame also imagine a different picture of the trend, but at least you have to have the imagination of this trend in an indicator. It's called the 50 period Simple Moving Average (SMA). Each charting package will have a moving average that is simple in its packaging. Therefore all you have to do is fill in the number of periods that you want (ie 50).

Entry "indicator" is the Slow Stochastics 14,3,3 settings. This may not be the default setting, but once again, this setting can be incorporated into the parameters when you load this indicator. Yes, rather than confuse you wonder exactly how ya period ..? hehehehe ... (sorry newbies kesindir) so give it to who has the idea.

Trend indicator (50 SMA) will show the "medium term" direction of the trend on the time frame of your choice. I recommend using at least 1 hour or 4 hour charts with this indicator. You can even use the daily chart if you are a long term trader (long term). Not recommended when you use the time frame in under 1 hour (60 minutes). Again, because this is in order to identify trends.

as for me i think i can advise all newbies to make use of the moving average because with moving average we can always get the direction of the trend and get the best price of the pips

my advice, do not dwell using this indicator, follow the trend. try to find the appropriate moment point the trend. moment do not you wear that do not fit the trend for prices in smaller more aggressive TF

we can not get the perfect information by reading books about forex. But we can learn properly through our own experience. so, I think our own experience is the best teacher.

i knew it. But, when we share a strategy, and only giving template without giving rules in entry and exit, i think it's just a blind. as same as we read a book who tell us about indicator, but never tell us about how to use the indicator talked. as same as when we read a book about trading/forex but never explain about how to trade. as like as reading a book about a food recipe without saying any way how to cook it. how then?

This strategy signals and the signals are very simple and in fact there are some rules to cope with. I started trading job, and that was very important things. The moment we opened the wrong possition our strategy may well be very different.
