forex market works according its own rules and it is same as bank...when bank is closed, then we cannot do any transaction, so forex market behave same as that and when market is closed , then we cannot open or closed any pending orders...that is why, it is advised that always closed pending orders on Friday, because Forex market has many fluctuations...so on Monday, prices of different currencies will be different...
all process has been closed when forex market is closed.
we can not open any pending order when forex market is close. after market close we also can not modify any our trade like to change stop loss and take profit levels.
we can do only when market is active or open.
You cannot place a pending order after the market close. Because if you place an order, it directly goes to the forex online server. So if forex market is closed, then how it is possible to place your order. Even it is a pending order, you cannot do it. SO you have to wait until forex market opens.
As I know it is not possible because the market is running with the system it is maintaining according to the brokers of the market. The brokers are maintaining the system as they are obeying the rules of the market. So it seems to be a good rule of the forex market.

when the market is closed we usually can no longer change the TP or SL that exist in our trading account, so we have to wait for markets to open again on Monday in order to make changes to our account. Just be careful if the price GAP has a high,,, that's will make your account trading in a danger place,;)
of course not, because the server is closed too then the trader can not put the pending order, but if you put the pending order before the market is closed , you can make it, and it means that you just trade with gap strategies

when the market closed then all the processes can not be done as well as the pending order or a modification of your trading position. all processes can be carried out when the market is open or active. so we can only trade activity such as entry, exit or modification of an order when the market is open or active.
