Emotions controlling is very important in our trading life as well as general life. If we are able to control our anger, Fear and other emotions then the same if we do it society in our daily life there also we get benefited. so we must do some yoga and meditation daily to have control on our mind and thinking pattern.
Nice thing, But in my opinion emotions wll get controlled when we do some practice in tarding thats why we see some less emotions play in experienced trader.
