Learning is easy by EA?

Sorry I repeated the post on another article, but I forgot to post it here

I want to learn and teach myself how to make EA and automatic opening and closing the same position my pc closed. But I ask is it easy to environmental assessment decision and learn?
Someone resources or books that guide me to learn?
