Use this default application IFX_MB metatrader 4 are directly given by instaforex and very easy to use, just click and you can exit simultaneously.

You need download / install the MetaTrader 4 trading terminal newest version.

I think that you can do it using the one click trading option that's available in the expert adviser section in the navigator from there you can select one click trading and then you can give it the values that you wan't to insert and then it'll be setup for you
