There's no difference between a demo and a real account has technical side, the chart positions and ... but the difference is the Psychology side when you trade with a demo account you are less stressed because it's not real money but when you trade with real accounts and real money then you are more stressed this condition it can change much if you win or you lose
Even though it is advisable to spend time on demo account in beginning to get know how of trading, but still there is quite much difference when it come to real account. You have to manage your trades with only the money you depsoited that is much less than virual money you got in demo account, and also being it real money your trades are affected by fear and sentiments.
The difference is, demo is just demo for trading. You want to learn the procedure to trade in this. And also make familiar with the options in the platform.Quote:

The only major difference between demo account and real account is that in real account the money is real and in demo account the money is virtual.
i dont understand what you are saying. And i will say once again There is big difference between demo and real account. AAnd that factor is responsible for making a trader fail or succeed in forex trading. It is this factor which a beginner fails to cope with and quit from forex trading. we dont learn everything in demo account to succeed in real account as then our own money is involved and we cannot act as freely on real account as we did on demo.

there is no difference in demo & real wen its about charts,indicators they work same as in real account but the real fiferrnce cums wen it comes to the capital in demo we do not invest our money so we do not take much tension about that but in real we inbest our money & than the situation changes we take more tension about our trading & make the diference between loss & win..!!!!
Surely there are a lots of different between demo and real account. As a lots of psychological pressure related to real trading that a trader need to handle this sort of things.
There is always a huge difference between demo trading and real account trading. When you trade in demo account, all you care about is nothing but whereas in real live trading the emotions comes into the picture. Fear and greed takes a major role in your trading style. If your trade is in the profit side you will close it for a minimum profit and if it is in negative side you wait for it to come back to your price which results in a bigger loss. When u demo trade, your positions have no effect on the live market server where as in real live account your position takes place in the volumes traded and can cause a change in the price of the respective pair.

1 You earn trading experience, trading skills and use of trading platform in demo account
2 You earn real money in case of profit or you lose real money in case of loss.
3 You feel tension, emotions, happiness, joy in real treading account but you cannot feel these things in demo trading account.

The main difference is, your deals will surely makes some difference in real account. In demo, there is no changes by your deals. If you invest huge fund, then you should feel the difference. and also there are some psychological difference in between those. i think not much but still der is a difference between a demo and a real account .... in a demo account the trader is provided with some capital initially ( capital being virtual ) so that a beginner could effectively practice his/her trading ... and i think a demo account would really be an effective way to learn forex trading..... in a demo account the trader can freely trade as the currency in this case is virtual but in case of a real account he/she should be carefull about his trading.....

demo accounts and real accounts are very different in its run as a demo account trader usually will not make it feel afraid to make mistakes resulting in loss or MC is different from a real account traders fear could make the deal for fear of losing their funds.
