I would suggest that if you are a beginner, forget trading with 8 lots, Its out of question lot size. Start with 0.1 or 0.2 lot sizes opening a small account with $50 to $100 capital. feel and learn the market trading with that lot size and try to develop good trading skills reading good books and following good sites / friends and forums

yeah inorder to trade 8lots you must have a huge balnace like $10000 or more because you can easily get magin call if trade with low capital so better if you are beginner trade with less than 1lotsize it would be better
First of all what is so special in 8 lot size? one should trade according to his skills and affordable capital to invest, not on some fancy dreams.
It is depend on your trade,your leverage.You are start with 0.1,0.2 then your account needed 50 to 100$ for 8 lots.you trade in Gold then needed 100 to 150$.
friend in my view 8 lot size is too high.
no one trading with this kind of lot size new trader in real account.
its depend on you that how much time you want to live in market.
but for me i need more than 100000$ for 8 lot size.
Why would a beginner want to start trading with 8 lots. Anyway if you really want to know, then you should invest $20,000 into forex. This will enable you to trade profitable with 8 lots and without risking too much of your equity.Quote:

If you start trade with 8 lots. You need much capital as minimum 5000$ in leverage 1:1000 in the EUR/USD pair. If you are a beginner so you should to use 0.5 lots and observe that then you can take decision to increase your lots.

it is a simple caculate well 8 lots mean that you will open with 80000 unite wich mean that you need more than 130000 in your margin and that mean you should have 130 at minimum but dont forget that you will lose all the capital after just 10points

You are beginner so you need to know begin period activity. 8 lot that so much. 8 means older than old. Don't try to destroy your all performance. I think you have no experience of demo. Please practice minimum two month seriously then please participate in Demo contest.
Yes you can start real . Invest depend on your capability. No one can help to tell you about invest. I can suggest you can start from $100.

this lot size is very dangerous for a new Forex trader. A new trader can start his trade 0.1 or 0.2 lots. its a useful lot size for new trader.
