I think the problem is to choose the targets. we may target more than we should . then with the reversal we loose. Another reason why we loose when riding the trend we some times try to pick the reversals to make big profits. But if market did not reverse then we loose. further best way to ride the trend when the trend is in full force. otherwise we can never tell when the reversal occurs

For me I have few fortunatse instances when I was ables to ride a good trend in trading. I guess I was ables to enters the forex market at the right time and I win lots of profits riding the trend. However,cases like that is rare and few in between because I am still lacking of the experiences to identify the trend in consistent manners !
