How do you feel after getting heavy loss?

i cannot control myself never, is i entered atrade give me a few pips i cant exit , but when
i have aloss i said to myself it will be back till i have ahuge loss , this is my fault , i cannt control myself

loss bhi to business ka hissa hai.is liey agar kisi trade main aap ko loss bhi ho jaye to is main tension ki koi baat nahin hai.agar aap mehnat karo gay to aap achi earning kar sako gay.loss hony pay kabhi bhi discourage nahin hoona chahiey.

I will felt very sad and angry with myself because can't control myself from my bad habits or emotion during do a trading. But it may be as a great lesson for me in future.

Forex mai muje jab jyada loss hota hai toh mai unhappy aur tense ho jata hu kunki hamari strategy aur analysis dono wrong ho jata hai isi liye bad feel karta hu aur nayi strategy find karta hu jisse muje profit mil sake.
